The audience was convinced that Guillermo Dino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adrian Sabino was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. A collision led to C.S.D. MAFALDA getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Claudio Opilano hit a great ball. Adrian Sabino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Incendio in the 7th minute of the match. Mauro Incendio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Guillermo Dino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético Chimichurri's supporters rose to their feet, but Guillermo Dino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adrian Sabino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 12th minute, Mauro Incendio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Guillermo Dino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Adrian Sabino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Incendio in the 16th minute of play forced C.S.D. MAFALDA's goalkeeper Adrian Sabino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adrian Sabino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillermo Dino in the 21st minute of play. Fabio Orlan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moises Gregory having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Chimichurri's Alfredo Arnas got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 44th minute Guillermo Dino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Sabino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gualterio Laurendi during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 47th minute, Gualterio Laurendi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Guillermo Dino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Fabio Orlan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.S.D. MAFALDA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Moises Gregory showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto Bero, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Guillermo Dino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Adrian Sabino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 70 minutes into the game, C.S.D. MAFALDA's Fabio Orlan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Moises Gregory made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 75 minutes into the game, Clemente Oalo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atlético Chimichurri's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.S.D. MAFALDA the free kick. In the 75th minute, Clemente Oalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 80 minutes into the game, Fabio Orlan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Moises Gregory was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Artemio Herauso kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Fabio Orlan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 96 minutes, Fabio Orlan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.S.D. MAFALDA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabio Orlan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The C.S.D. MAFALDA support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
