Guillermo Dino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Felipe Rayman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. The Club Atlético Chimichurri fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Club Atlético Chimichurri's Mauro Incendio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Mauro Incendio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felipe Rayman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Incendio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute Mauro Incendio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe Rayman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teodosio Musko hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Severiano Belarmo's late challenge caught a Club Atlético Chimichurri's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee ignored Club Atlético Chimichurri's protests and gave Jeronimo Senon a yellow card for diving instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfredo Arnas during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The Club Atlético Chimichurri players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
