Spectators: 7258 (Terracing: 5445, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ladislao Urtzi kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the game, Jose Ubendu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Doni Vinhas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Alonzo Artaldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Doni Vinhas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jose Ubendu in the 11th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jose Ubendu in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Doni Vinhas saved Cococapo FC from getting behind. After 20 played minutes Viamonte got a freekick which was hit by Cleto Anaya. 21 minutes into the game Fulgencio Sancho kicked a great long shot which passed Esteban Constancio straight ahead into the goal, Result 1-1. One couldn't see Fulgencio Sancho behind all of his teammates who surrounded to congratulate him. Doni Vinhas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Ubendu, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Doni Vinhas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jose Ubendu went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 33 minutes into the match, Cococapo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquin Ezkerra came free, but Doni Vinhas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Doni Vinhas came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Viamonte's Alonzo Artaldo. But to his dismay, Alonzo Artaldo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 38th minute, Jose Ubendu made a precise shot to the right of Doni Vinhas. Cococapo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. If Jose Ubendu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alonzo Artaldo scored 1-5 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Doni Vinhas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 1-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jose Ubendu to strike the kick off in the second half. If Jose Ubendu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cococapo FC's Doni Vinhas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Cococapo FC from getting a goal against them. Doni Vinhas was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jose Ubendu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-6 in the 60 minute of play. Joaquin Ezkerra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mauricio Feliz's late challenge caught a Viamonte's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mauricio Feliz helped the player get up and apologised. Doni Vinhas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jose Ubendu in the 69th minute of the match. After having played for 70 minutes, Alonzo Artaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Viamonte's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alonzo Artaldo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Viamonte's zone, Ladislao Urtzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Esteban Constancio came out of the goal and Ladislao Urtzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jose Ubendu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Doni Vinhas made a huge save. Doni Vinhas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jose Ubendu's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Tiburcio Lekubegi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doni Vinhas having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Cleto Anaya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ladislao Urtzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Jose Ubendu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Gaspar Francis came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Viamonte fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaspar Francis couldn't finish the play. When the match was over Viamonte could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Cococapo FC throughout the match.
