When Teodoro Arnalt came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Saladillo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodoro Arnalt couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Esteban Rodas took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Bernabe Rio to make any attempt to save it. If Esteban Rodas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 29 minutes into the match, Ramones's goalkeeper Bernabe Rio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teodoro Arnalt. 33 minutes into the match, Saladillo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Bermund came free, but Baldomero Haimar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teodoro Arnalt who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Bernabe Rio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Teodoro Arnalt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Bernabe Rio made a huge save. 42 minutes into the match, Ramones's goal looked a bit too open when Esteban Rodas came free, but Bernabe Rio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baldomero Haimar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Bermund in the 45th minute of play. Vladimiro Libertad was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 49th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Enrique Bermund made a kick off. In the 56th match minute, Saladillo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iker Domenec to maneuver through the defense. 60 minutes into the game, Esteban Rodas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Bernabe Rio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Through an outstanding action, after 65 minutes, Baldomero Haimar successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 69 minutes into the game, Baltasar Rito was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ramones's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Saladillo AFC the free kick. The supporters of Saladillo AFC booed when Ramones was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baltasar Rito didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 74 played minutes Saladillo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ezequiel Laurin. Santos Bihar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute.
