Ranquile AFC's Ezequiel Oskarbi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulises Jobo in the 16th minute of play. Ranquile AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manantiales the free kick. After 22 played minutes Ranquile AFC got a freekick which was hit by Melchor Azevedo. Ulises Jobo's late challenge caught a Ranquile AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ulises Jobo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Manantiales's Ulises Jobo got a free kick in the 30th minute. Ulises Jobo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manantiales's Ulises Jobo got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 47 minutes into the match, Manantiales's Ulises Jobo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ezequiel Oskarbi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The Manantiales fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aureliano Perez should have stopped the shot. Ezequiel Oskarbi made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Feliciano Inge sent off a good shot on target. Feliciano Inge came free with the goalkeeper in the 62nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ezequiel Oskarbi could save by the left post. In the 78th minute, Manantiales's Feliciano Inge ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ezequiel Oskarbi. Ezequiel Oskarbi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. After having played for 85 minutes, Feliciano Inge managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ulises Jobo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ezequiel Oskarbi having to make a save. When the final whistle sounded Manantiales left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ranquile AFC.
