After 5 played minutes Tunal got a freekick which was hit by Tadeo Bernabel. In the 6th minute of the match Bernardino Reno shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alejandro Tiadoro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Maura in the 21st minute of play forced Tunal's goalkeeper Alejandro Tiadoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Esteban Basualdo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Carlos Maura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejandro Tiadoro having to interfere. After 24 played minutes Tunal got a freekick which was hit by Tadeo Bernabel. In the 25th minute Esteban Basualdo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejandro Tiadoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th minute, Narciso Astrada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Esteban Basualdo kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Alejandro Tiadoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Maura in the 30th minute of the match. In the 37thth minute of the game Carlos Maura who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tunal's Alejandro Tiadoro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Carlos Maura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejandro Tiadoro having to interfere. Esteban Basualdo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Narciso Astrada to strike the kick off in the second half. Alejandro Tiadoro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Maura, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Casbas FC's Esteban Basualdo got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carlos Maura struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Alejandro Tiadoro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Casbas FC. In the 66th minute, Carlos Maura left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Casbas FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Narciso Astrada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Honorio Ciceron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 72 minutes, Tadeo Bernabel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tunal and the Casbas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Tunal's Tadeo Bernabel got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Esteban Basualdo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejandro Tiadoro having to interfere. Alejandro Tiadoro made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Esteban Basualdo sent off a good shot on target. In the 85th minute Casbas FC were awarded a corner. Bernardino Reno went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Esteban Basualdo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Tunal's Alejandro Tiadoro did a great save. Tunal's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Albino Francho 89 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. Carlos Maura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejandro Tiadoro having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, Tunal's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Maura came free, but Alejandro Tiadoro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Maura was extremely unlucky when he, in the 97th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Casbas FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
