The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 15th match minute, Nacional y Popular was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Frutos to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Nacional y Popular's Ulises Munio got control of the ball when Leon Maidana tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Dominix in the 17th minute of play forced Nacional y Popular's goalkeeper Ulises Munio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alonzo Botello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafino Basualdo in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd minute Primitivo Urtun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulises Munio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute, Saturnino Millano fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ulises Munio, passed just outside the right post. Leon Maidana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Ulises Munio made a huge save. When Nacional y Popular's Serafino Basualdo in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With an all-out effort, CA KEMPES 10's Ulises Munio threw himself towards the right post 42 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Saturnino Millano, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Serafino Basualdo made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Leon Maidana left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CA KEMPES 10 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. 56 minutes into the match, Nacional y Popular's goal looked a bit too open when Primitivo Urtun came free, but Ulises Munio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute Saturnino Millano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulises Munio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nacional y Popular's Ulises Munio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saturnino Millano in the 60th minute of play. After 62 played minutes Nacional y Popular got a freekick which was hit by Elvio Selmo. Ulises Munio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saturnino Millano in the 64th minute of play. Pascual Uhin's late challenge caught a CA KEMPES 10's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pascual Uhin helped the player get up and apologised. Pascual Uhin hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Saturnino Millano in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ulises Munio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to CA KEMPES 10 getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Clemente Primo hit a great ball. 78 minutes into the match, Nacional y Popular's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Maidana came free, but Ulises Munio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 79 minutes into the game, Geronimo Maju was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CA KEMPES 10's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nacional y Popular the free kick. The supporters of Nacional y Popular booed when CA KEMPES 10 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geronimo Maju didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leon Maidana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ulises Munio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Samuel Dominix went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Dominix in the 87th minute of play forced Nacional y Popular's goalkeeper Ulises Munio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ulises Munio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saturnino Millano, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Primitivo Urtun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Ulises Munio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ulises Munio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saturnino Millano in the 95th minute of play. CA KEMPES 10's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
