Seating: 1200, VIP seats: 50) 2 minutes into the match, Ibáñez's Domingos Mendiko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maximino Rudolfo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Atletico River Gold's Delmiro Rosio got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Leandro Menendo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Rocio in the 8th minute of play. After having played for 10 minutes, Denis Rocio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atletico River Gold's supporters crossed their fingers, but Denis Rocio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With an all-out effort, Atletico River Gold's Leandro Menendo threw himself towards the right post 13 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Denis Rocio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The crowd rose to their feet as Atletico River Gold's Eustacio Bras slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leandro Menendo. That made the score 1-0 after 14 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Atletico River Gold's Hipolito Gipuzkoa got a free kick in the 20th minute. Ibáñez's Feliciano Misael got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 28th minute, Braulio Chuan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Maximino Rudolfo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Braulio Chuan went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After 36 played minutes Ibáñez got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Bakar. After having played for 41 minutes, Denis Rocio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atletico River Gold's supporters crossed their fingers, but Denis Rocio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Denis Rocio in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leandro Menendo saved Ibáñez from getting behind. When Cecilio Botello came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Atletico River Gold fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cecilio Botello couldn't finish the play. In the 45th match minute, Ibáñez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Bakar to maneuver through the defense. Maximino Rudolfo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ezequiel Etxepare, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ezequiel Etxepare to make the kick off. Braulio Chuan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maximino Rudolfo having to make a save. In the 56th minute, Cecilio Botello got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Domingos Mendiko hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. In the 58th match minute, Atletico River Gold was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reynaldo Batista to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Bakar hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Leandro Menendo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severiano Cordera, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 69th match minute, Atletico River Gold was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reynaldo Batista to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Braulio Chuan got free with Maximino Rudolfo in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leandro Menendo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Denis Rocio went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Reynaldo Batista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Menendo having to interfere. In the 83rd minute Denis Rocio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leandro Menendo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atletico River Gold's Reynaldo Batista got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 89 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Denis Rocio sped through Ibáñez's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Leandro Menendo. Maximino Rudolfo came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ibáñez's Braulio Chuan. But to his dismay, Braulio Chuan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. If Denis Rocio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
