In the 49th minute Green Garden were awarded a corner. Fabricio Lauro went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Green Garden's Fabricio Lauro to fire away a dangerous shot which Rosendo Fernendo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fabio Guillen to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Placido Egun in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elias Jerrald prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Albino Dantel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Los Tingueros's supporters rose to their feet, but Albino Dantel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elias Jerrald breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Deportivo Los Tingueros fans cheered their team off the field, for while Green Garden had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
