After 13 played minutes, Chivo F.C.'s Lino Marin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Santos Christobal came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chivo F.C. reached it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benjamin Quirze in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evaristo Urtzi saved Chivo F.C. from getting behind. Paulo Arotza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 20 played minutes Chivo F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Florencio Oliviero. Orcosuni's Santos Christobal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolando Rico in the 23rd minute of play. Evaristo Urtzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin Quirze in the 32nd minute of play. In the 32nd match minute, Chivo F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalmacio Chorache to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Braulio Leizarraga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Orcosuni's supporters rose to their feet, but Braulio Leizarraga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evaristo Urtzi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Evaristo Urtzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Jeraldo in the 42nd minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rolando Rico was the one to do the kick off. Dalmacio Chorache kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 52nd match minute, Chivo F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florencio Oliviero to maneuver through the defense. When Benjamin Quirze came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Orcosuni fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benjamin Quirze couldn't finish the play. Bernardo Jeraldo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Evaristo Urtzi made a huge save. Braulio Leizarraga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 63 minutes into the game, Benjamin Quirze lined in a short shot 0-3 behind a frustrated Evaristo Urtzi. Evaristo Urtzi made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Bernardo Jeraldo sent off a good shot on target. 72 minutes into the game, Bernardo Jeraldo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Evaristo Urtzi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Benjamin Quirze received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Evaristo Urtzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Chivo F.C.'s goalkeeper Evaristo Urtzi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benjamin Quirze. Benjamin Quirze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Remigio Gitano kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Rolando Rico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
