After 3 minutes of play, Ferrocarril Sud de Tandil's Zacarias Xacintu made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Silverio Min was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Tobias Ourente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 8 minutes into the match, Ferrocarril Sud de Tandil's goal looked a bit too open when Zeledon Birjaio came free, but Silverio Errando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vinicio Ihintza struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Silverio Errando didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LucianoBenjamin. The referee felt a red card was in order, 15 minutes into the game, when Mauro Ulizes put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in LucianoBenjamin fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 15th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Ferrocarril Sud de Tandil a penalty, 18 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Alejandro Hernando, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of LucianoBenjamin's Silverio Min. 2-0. LucianoBenjamin's Silverio Min proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save LucianoBenjamin from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zeledon Birjaio in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silverio Errando prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 29 played minutes Ferrocarril Sud de Tandil got a freekick which was hit by Baltasar Balesio. When LucianoBenjamin's Zeledon Birjaio in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ferrocarril Sud de Tandil's goalie prevented a goal. In the 31st minute, Zacarias Xacintu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 35 played minutes, LucianoBenjamin's Roque Sugar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Silverio Errando came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in LucianoBenjamin reached it. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ferrocarril Sud de Tandil's goalkeeper Silverio Errando, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 37 minutes, Ceferino Ereinotz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LucianoBenjamin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ceferino Ereinotz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roque Sugar hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Damian Fernanco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Silverio Min tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Damian Fernanco made a kick off. Silverio Errando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeledon Birjaio in the 53rd minute of play. The supporters of LucianoBenjamin booed when Ferrocarril Sud de Tandil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edelmiro Procopio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silverio Errando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeledon Birjaio in the 62nd minute of the match. Miguel Eli's late challenge caught a LucianoBenjamin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Miguel Eli helped the player get up and apologised. Zeledon Birjaio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 66thth minute, Silverio Errando skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 69th minute, Zacarias Xacintu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ferrocarril Sud de Tandil fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. In the 79th play minute Hector Rocendo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Silverio Errando. 3-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Zeledon Birjaio managed to get in a good position for a shot. LucianoBenjamin's supporters rose to their feet, but Zeledon Birjaio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silverio Errando breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Zacarias Xacintu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silverio Errando made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zeledon Birjaio in the 92nd minute. Silverio Min showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Fernanco, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. LucianoBenjamin's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Ferrocarril Sud de Tandil had won, even though LucianoBenjamin had held more of the ball.
