An unexpectedly hard shot by Elpidio Lluis in the 14th minute of play forced Normandy FC's goalkeeper Higinio Lluis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Higinio Lluis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elpidio Lluis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the match, Normandy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Celso Berasko came free, but Higinio Lluis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. UNQUILLO F.C's Jairo Isadore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Mantzio in the 22nd minute of play. Jairo Isadore made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Basilio Vergaray sent off a good shot on target. After 27 minutes, Elpidio Lluis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the UNQUILLO F.C and the Normandy FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Normandy FC booed when UNQUILLO F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elpidio Lluis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jairo Isadore stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Saverio Mantzio's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Jairo Isadore made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Saverio Mantzio sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to UNQUILLO F.C getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Jonathan Gorri hit a great ball. The Normandy FC fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Normandy FC's Saverio Mantzio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After having played for 41 minutes, Saverio Mantzio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Normandy FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saverio Mantzio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jairo Isadore stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Saverio Mantzio's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. UNQUILLO F.C's Jairo Isadore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basilio Vergaray in the 44th minute of play. Saverio Mantzio's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jairo Isadore firmly grabbed it by the left post.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Celso Berasko made a kick off. Jairo Isadore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saverio Mantzio in the 54th minute of the match. Normandy FC's Higinio Lluis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Normandy FC from getting a goal against them. Higinio Lluis didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 56th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. In the 60th minute Gerardo Etxahun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Isadore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elpidio Lluis scored 1-2 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Higinio Lluis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, UNQUILLO F.C's Elpidio Lluis got a free kick in the 66th minute. Elpidio Lluis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Higinio Lluis made a huge save. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jairo Isadore prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 2-2 became the score in the 86th minute when Saverio Mantzio elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The supporters of Normandy FC booed when UNQUILLO F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celso Berasko didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute, Saverio Mantzio made a precise shot to the right of Jairo Isadore. UNQUILLO F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Normandy FC fully deserved thier win.
