Isidro Perpinya received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Basilio Montel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aaron Tab struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Basilio Montel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sumampa AFC. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gaston Bastian to make the kick off. If Aaron Tab had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 54 played minutes A.C. Vigal got a freekick which was hit by Adolfo Ponce. The crowd rose to their feet as Isidoro George kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Luisito Lucila. Luisito Lucila didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Isidoro George went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score.
