In the 16thth minute of the game Cayetano Tanio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Epsilon's Danilo Sansone was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Inocencio Fonso charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Inocencio Fonso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Inocencio Fonso hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Caitano in the 26th minute of play forced Muñecos del Sur's goalkeeper Camilo Isidor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cayetano Tanio in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Danilo Sansone saved Epsilon from getting behind. Benigno Inge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Danilo Sansone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Epsilon's goal looked a bit too open when Silvio Cesaro came free, but Danilo Sansone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cayetano Tanio might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Danilo Sansone. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Camilo Isidor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jorge Caitano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cayetano Tanios short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Danilo Sansone to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Muñecos del Sur's Cayetano Tanio in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Epsilon's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Epsilon's Nicanor Sein got a free kick in the 85th minute. Feliciano Valiente struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Danilo Sansone didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Muñecos del Sur. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Danilo Sansone prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 89 minutes into the match, Muñecos del Sur's Fabricio Silvino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Danilo Sansone narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Muñecos del Sur players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
