After a defensive mix-up in Alagón's zone, Jeronimo Monico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benjamin Chuan came out of the goal and Jeronimo Monico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 5th match minute, Alagón was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Everardo Lando to maneuver through the defense. 9 minutes into the match, Sola FC's Anier Refugio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benjamin Chuan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Leon Liher recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Leon Liher came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Sola FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leon Liher couldn't finish the play. Benjamin Chuan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leon Liher in the 14th minute of the match. A collision led to Alagón getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Erasmo Rivero hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute Leon Liher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Chuan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Benjamin Chuan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Leon Liher spun around in front of the goal 29 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Alagón's goal. If Anier Refugio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 39 played minutes Sola FC got a freekick which was hit by Jeronimo Monico. Benigno Bermund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tadeo Nerio in the 40th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anier Refugio got free with Benjamin Chuan in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leon Liher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 49th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Leon Liher made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute of the match Niceto Timo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benjamin Chuan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Benjamin Chuan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anier Refugio in the 58th minute of play. Anier Refugio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th minute Anier Refugio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Chuan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the game, Sola FC's Anier Refugio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benjamin Chuan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Benjamin Chuan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leon Liher in the 71st minute of the match. Benigno Bermund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeo Nerio in the 74th minute of play. If Tadeo Nerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Sola FC's Jeronimo Monico got a free kick in the 87th minute. Nicolas Mannuel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benigno Bermund having to interfere. Jeronimo Monico charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jeronimo Monico the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nicolas Mannuel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Benigno Bermund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tadeo Nerio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benigno Bermund having to interfere. Sola FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
