He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After having played for 23 minutes, Anier Refugio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sola FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anier Refugio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fausto Quintan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Sola FC's Benigno Bermund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Sola FC from getting a goal against them. After 37 minutes of play, Sola FC's Anier Refugio made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fausto Quintan was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee felt a red card was in order, 44 minutes into the game, when Casimiro Ekhi put in a rough tackle. In the 47th minute there was a penalty for Godoy AFC. Marco Urbez stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Benigno Bermund. 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Natalio Rafel made a kick off. Natalio Rafel took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benigno Bermund. Benigno Bermund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Jeronimo Monico's late challenge caught a Godoy AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jeronimo Monico helped the player get up and apologised. In the 58th match minute, Sola FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeronimo Monico to maneuver through the defense. Anier Refugio in the 68thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. A collision led to Sola FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Daniel Vachon hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tobias Orlanda in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benigno Bermund saved Sola FC from getting behind. Sola FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Godoy AFC had won, even though Sola FC had held more of the ball.
