Spectators: 6653 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1653, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of Ubajay booed when Racing Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Javiar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amador Anaya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roque Karlo, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. When Alfonso Lizar came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Racing Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfonso Lizar couldn't finish the play. In the 22nd minute, Ubaldo Ubelteso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Severino Aragones had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severino Aragones received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Amador Anaya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Severino Aragones had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 46 minutes, Ovidio Eutor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ubajay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ovidio Eutor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 48th minute, Ovidio Eutor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amador Anaya was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alfonso Lizar to make the kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Ubajay's goal looked a bit too open when Ubaldo Elizardo came free, but Godofredo Osmundo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Godofredo Osmundo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonso Lizar in the 61st minute of play. Ovidio Eutor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alfonso Lizar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Godofredo Osmundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Ubajay's goal looked a bit too open when Alfonso Lizar came free, but Godofredo Osmundo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zeledon Bartuelo charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zeledon Bartuelo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ubaldo Elizardo struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Godofredo Osmundo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Racing Club. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfonso Lizar in the 87th minute of play forced Ubajay's goalkeeper Godofredo Osmundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Racing Club's Amador Anaya proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Racing Club from getting a goal against them. Racing Club's Amador Anaya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovidio Eutor in the 95th minute of play. When the match was over Ubajay could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Racing Club throughout the match.
