Spectators: 7133 (Terracing: 5383, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rafael Elija started the match with the kick off. After 8 played minutes Belgrano got a freekick which was hit by Gerardo Rexino. After having played for 12 minutes, Luciano Lawrence managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kentacky F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Luciano Lawrence was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 13th match minute, Belgrano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Etxepare to maneuver through the defense. After 23 played minutes Kentacky F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Luciano Lawrence. Luis Handi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimundo Bernat having to interfere. Venancio Maju fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimundo Bernat having to interfere. In the 38th match minute, Kentacky F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Luzea to maneuver through the defense. Luis Handi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Venancio Maju made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Elija in the 52nd minute of play forced Belgrano's goalkeeper Tadeo Eneas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tadeo Eneas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vicente Artizar's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Rafael Elija received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Tadeo Eneas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Rafael Elija's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tadeo Eneas was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Kentacky F.C.'s Vicente Artizar got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Luis Handi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Venancio Maju fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimundo Bernat having to interfere. Ariel Bento charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ariel Bento the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 75th minute, Ariel Bento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 76th minute, Venancio Maju got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 78 minutes into the match, Kentacky F.C.'s goalkeeper Raimundo Bernat had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luis Handi. Ariel Bento hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After 83 played minutes, Belgrano's Melchor Goren shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Raimundo Bernat came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Belgrano reached it. Vicente Artizar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rafael Elija's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tadeo Eneas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. If Vicente Artizar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Belgrano walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
