After 30 played minutes Venancio Maju rounded Barrancas's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. In the 43rd minute Alejo Javiero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeo Eneas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Belgrano's zone, Alejo Javiero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tadeo Eneas came out of the goal and Alejo Javiero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tadeo Eneas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejo Javiero in the 47th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

If Anastasio Raymond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcelo Chuse during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Marcelo Chuse hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Belgrano's Tadeo Eneas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Belgrano from getting a goal against them. 63 minutes into the match, Belgrano's goal looked a bit too open when Alejo Javiero came free, but Tadeo Eneas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Domingos Froila took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 66th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tadeo Eneas. Belgrano's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 67 played minutes Belgrano got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Etxepare. Alejo Javiero struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Tadeo Eneas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barrancas. Anastasio Raymond kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 84thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Belgrano's keeper Tadeo Eneas was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anastasio Raymond got free with Tadeo Eneas in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tadeo Eneas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejo Javiero in the 87th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edelmiro Fagildo during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Belgrano's Edelmiro Fagildo got a free kick in the 88th minute. If Anastasio Raymond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Barrancas players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Belgrano.
