Emilio Banegas came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Beruti AFC's Celedonio Naelio. But to his dismay, Celedonio Naelio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Ruben Librado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vinicio Arnas went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Ruben Librado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Manny in the 31st minute of play. Vinicio Arnas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute Maximiliano Manny shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruben Librado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Del Marote's Dario Firman got a free kick in the 41st minute. Emilio Banegas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Vigil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinicio Arnas in the 44th minute of play forced Beruti AFC's goalkeeper Ruben Librado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vinicio Arnas was the one to do the kick off. Maximiliano Manny fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruben Librado having to interfere. In the 59th match minute, Del Marote was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dario Firman to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Del Marote defense, Lino Vigil kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emilio Banegas. The Del Marote fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emilio Banegas should have stopped the shot. After 71 played minutes Beruti AFC got a freekick which was hit by Amancio Frederik. Ruben Librado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vinicio Arnas's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Maximiliano Manny blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ruben Librado having to make a save. When Beruti AFC's Lino Vigil in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Del Marote's goalie prevented a goal. Emilio Banegas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Vigil in the 90th minute of play. Lino Vigil might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emilio Banegas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lino Vigil ran back to his position shaking his head.
