Spectators: 7254 (Terracing: 5442, Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 144) Modesto Ezkerra started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Maximiliano Machado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Epifanio Cordarryl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Pocho getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Paulino Fernendo hit a great ball. After 8 played minutes, Public Image Limited's Artemio Kemen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Celedonio Platon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Public Image Limited reached it. After 9 played minutes Pocho got a freekick which was hit by Christian Herauso. After 10 minutes, Guaberto Ruisko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pocho and the Public Image Limited players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 10th minute, Guaberto Ruisko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Celedonio Platon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Everardo Blasi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Modesto Ezkerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fermin Liher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celedonio Platon having to interfere. After having played for 17 minutes, Everardo Blasi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Public Image Limited's supporters crossed their fingers, but Everardo Blasi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pocho's Modesto Ezkerra got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Maximiliano Machado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 25 minutes into the match, Public Image Limited's Everardo Blasi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Celedonio Platon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Epifanio Cordarryl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Modesto Ezkerra in the 29th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Justino Toribio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 32 minutes into the game Ubaldo Regis kicked a great long shot which passed Epifanio Cordarryl straight ahead into the goal, Result 1-0. One couldn't see Ubaldo Regis behind all of his teammates who surrounded to congratulate him. A collision led to Pocho getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Wilfredo Ramirez hit a great ball. After 47 minutes, Jose Maule mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Public Image Limited and the Pocho players grew even worse after the yellow card.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Everardo Blasi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Modesto Ezkerra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pocho's supporters rose to their feet, but Modesto Ezkerra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Epifanio Cordarryl breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fermin Liher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celedonio Platon having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Ubaldo Regis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fermin Liher recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 71 minutes into the match, Pocho's Maximiliano Machado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Epifanio Cordarryl narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fermin Liher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Modesto Ezkerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 83 minutes into the match, Public Image Limited's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Machado came free, but Epifanio Cordarryl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Public Image Limited's Everardo Blasi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Celedonio Platon. That made the score 1-1 after 84 minutes of play. Godfredo Fix hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Everardo Blasi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Celedonio Platon came out and tried to block the shot, but Everardo Blasi slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 95th minute. The Public Image Limited supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Public Image Limited would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
