SAN MARTIN DE SAN JUAN's Delmiro Frechoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafin Rufio in the 20th minute of play. Dalmacio Fix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Benvido having to interfere. Delmiro Frechoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafin Rufio in the 24th minute of play. In the 28th minute of the match Emilio Ledesma sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anselmo Benvido skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, CADU's Mariano Belmiro got a free kick in the 32nd minute. After having played for 35 minutes, Florencio Aureo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SAN MARTIN DE SAN JUAN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florencio Aureo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Serafin Rufio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Delmiro Frechoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Serafin Rufio might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Delmiro Frechoso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Serafin Rufio ran back to his position shaking his head. Florencio Aureo's late challenge caught a CADU's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Florencio Aureo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 43rd minute, Florencio Aureo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Serafin Rufio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Serafin Rufio was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes CADU got a freekick which was hit by Gogo Arias. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dalmacio Fix got free with Anselmo Benvido in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roque Hitz in the 58th minute of play forced CADU's goalkeeper Anselmo Benvido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes into the match, SAN MARTIN DE SAN JUAN's Dalmacio Fix sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anselmo Benvido narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Anselmo Benvido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roque Hitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After having played for 67 minutes, Roque Hitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mariano Belmiro kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. When Roque Hitz came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the SAN MARTIN DE SAN JUAN fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roque Hitz couldn't finish the play. After 83 played minutes CADU got a freekick which was hit by Artemio Cordarin. 85 minutes into the match, CADU's goal looked a bit too open when Roque Hitz came free, but Anselmo Benvido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute, Mariano Belmiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dalmacio Fix recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leo Venerando could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Anselmo Benvido made a huge save. Serafin Rufio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Delmiro Frechoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Serafin Rufio's shot from short distance in the 98th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. CADU had won after a very even match.
