Talumuyuna AFC's Jonas Iztal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nunez Hurko in the 5th minute of play. Jonas Iztal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Tano in the 8th minute of the match. In the 11th minute, Hector Tano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 13th match minute, Fullbobi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gonzalo Blanco to maneuver through the defense. Talumuyuna AFC's Juan Romildo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 14th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Fullbobi. In the 18th minute Hector Tano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Iztal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Talumuyuna AFC's Julian Baumer got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 23rd minute, Fullbobi's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gregorio Abeita fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 26 minutes into the match, Fullbobi's goal looked a bit too open when Gregorio Abeita came free, but Carmelo Che reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonas Iztal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hector Tano went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 30 played minutes Fullbobi got a freekick which was hit by Gonzalo Blanco. 32 minutes into the match, Fullbobi's goal looked a bit too open when Gregorio Abeita came free, but Carmelo Che reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Julian Baumer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Gregorio Abeita came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Talumuyuna AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gregorio Abeita couldn't finish the play. Melquiades Hodei kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. If Gregorio Abeita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gregorio Abeita was the one to do the kick off. One of Fullbobi:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Talumuyuna AFC:s goal. Juan Romildo shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Gregorio Abeita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carmelo Che having to interfere. A collision led to Talumuyuna AFC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Jose Mikelats hit a great ball. Jonas Iztal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Tano in the 62nd minute of play. 63 minutes into the game, Ladislao Sancho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fullbobi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Talumuyuna AFC the free kick. After having played for 69 minutes, Julian Baumer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Talumuyuna AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Baumer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Baumer in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carmelo Che saved Fullbobi from getting behind. 77 minutes into the game, Fullbobi's Nunez Hurko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonas Iztal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. If Gregorio Abeita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute.
