Delmiro Frechoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godfredo Guillem in the 25th minute of play. Nicasio Ortle charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicasio Ortle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nicasio Ortle hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute of the match Andres Colas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Delmiro Frechoso showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Godfredo Guillem came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Jarimana fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Godfredo Guillem couldn't finish the play. Rodrigo Berbiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Godfredo Guillem might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Delmiro Frechoso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Godfredo Guillem ran back to his position shaking his head. If Roque Hitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roque Hitz made a kick off. Rodrigo Berbiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmiro Frechoso having to interfere. With a little luck, SAN MARTIN DE SAN JUAN's Delmiro Frechoso got control of the ball when Rodrigo Berbiz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Delmar Domenec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roque Hitz in the 91st minute of the match.
