Nunez Hurko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 4 minutes into the match, Hector Tano dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Benigno Abaunza, 1-0. Fullbobi's Carmelo Che played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Tallia in the 20th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Fullbobi's Benigno Abaunza threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hector Tano, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Hector Tano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Benigno Abaunza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carmelo Che made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Tallia in the 29th minute of play. If Nunez Hurko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fullbobi's Carmelo Che played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rigoberto Mercurio in the 38th minute of play. Nunez Hurko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

In the 54th minute, Wolves Ch's Rigoberto Mercurio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Carmelo Che. Carmelo Che yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Wolves Ch's goalkeeper Benigno Abaunza, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 61st minute, Rodrigo Isias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 61 minutes into the match, Wolves Ch's goal looked a bit too open when Hector Tano came free, but Benigno Abaunza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carmelo Che made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emanuel Tallia in the 64th minute. Emanuel Tallia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rigoberto Mercurio struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Carmelo Che didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wolves Ch. Benigno Abaunza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hector Tano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Wolves Ch's Jaime Peru got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 76th minute of the match Zeledon Ortle shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benigno Abaunza showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Fullbobi booed when Wolves Ch was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmar Mikelar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute Nunez Hurko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benigno Abaunza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 2-1 became the score in the 79th minute when Hector Tano elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Nunez Hurko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benigno Abaunza having to interfere. After 90 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Fullbobi! The goalkeeper, Carmelo Che, was totally fooled by Wolves Ch's Jaime Peru, who 92 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After some careless play in the Fullbobi defense, Salvador Barros kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carmelo Che. The Fullbobi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carmelo Che should have stopped the shot.
