Evelio Misael's late challenge caught a racing club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Evelio Misael helped the player get up and apologised. With 18 minutes on the clock, Ciro Lidon commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. When the match had been going on for 21 minutes, racing club's Silvestre Tximitx got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Siro Guerau. After 23 played minutes PISALO F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Benedicto Boni. racing club's Silvestre Tximitx couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 24th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for PISALO F.C.. 26 minutes into the match, Teodoro Senen notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of racing club's Leon Etxepare. Leon Etxepare was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Teodoro Senen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 33 minutes into the match, racing club's goal looked a bit too open when Teodoro Senen came free, but Leon Etxepare reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Teodoro Senen fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PISALO F.C.'s protests and gave Teodoro Senen a yellow card for diving instead. Teodoro Senen hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teodoro Senen in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leon Etxepare saved racing club from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmiro Ellande in the 41st minute of play forced racing club's goalkeeper Leon Etxepare to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Evelio Misael had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

In the 52nd minute Osvaldo Fortun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siro Guerau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. PISALO F.C.'s Benedicto Boni got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Siro Guerau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldo Fortun in the 67th minute of play. In the 68th match minute, PISALO F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evelio Misael to maneuver through the defense. PISALO F.C.'s Teodoro Senen got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Evelio Misael fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Etxepare having to interfere. After 81 minutes of play, racing club's Osvaldo Fortun made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Siro Guerau was left in no man's land by his defense there! Teodoro Senen scored 2-4 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leon Etxepare, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 93rd minute, racing club's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Guaberto Tancredo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The racing club fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. PISALO F.C. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
