Nunez Hurko took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Celedonio Pacifico. Celedonio Pacifico dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 24 minutes into the match, Melquiades Hodei dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Celedonio Pacifico, 3-0. Celedonio Pacifico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Tano in the 28th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hector Tano in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Celedonio Pacifico prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 32 minutes into the match, Teo Abaunza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carmelo Che. Fullbobi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teo Abaunza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. After 37 played minutes Fullbobi got a freekick which was hit by Conrado Mikolas. Carmelo Che made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teo Abaunza in the 40th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Club Atletico River Plate's Teo Abaunza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carmelo Che narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 43rd minute, Nunez Hurko made a precise shot to the right of Celedonio Pacifico. Club Atletico River Plate's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Carmelo Che showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florentino Hermon, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 63rd match minute, Club Atletico River Plate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sixto Otsoa to maneuver through the defense. Conrado Mikolas hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. If Ladislao Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the game, Gonzalo Blanco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fullbobi's Ladislao Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Fullbobi booed when Club Atletico River Plate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Mikolas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Club Atletico River Plate's Celedonio Pacifico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nunez Hurko in the 95th minute of play.
