The KFC Team fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The supporters of Talumuyuna AFC booed when KFC Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldomiro Salvadore didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mauricio Ponc got free with Jonas Iztal in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 17 minutes into the game, Ciriaco Cheche was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KFC Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Talumuyuna AFC the free kick. After 17 played minutes KFC Team got a freekick which was hit by Ciriaco Cheche. When Benito Mendebal fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KFC Team's protests and gave Benito Mendebal a yellow card for diving instead. Benito Mendebal hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. The supporters of Talumuyuna AFC booed when KFC Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benito Mendebal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julian Baumer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Celestino Orkatz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Mauricio Ponc got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonas Iztal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomiro Salvadore, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. With his leg Jonas Iztal managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when KFC Team's Mauricio Ponc fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Mauricio Ponc managed to get in a good position for a shot. KFC Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Mauricio Ponc was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonas Iztal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gregorio Abeita was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Talumuyuna AFC's Gregorio Abeita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Celestino Orkatz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mauricio Ponc recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 65 minutes, Epifanio Chorache mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Talumuyuna AFC and the KFC Team players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 67th minute there was a penalty for KFC Team. Nunez Santo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jonas Iztal. 3-1. Eleuterio Ilixo kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. When Gregorio Abeita fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Talumuyuna AFC's protests and gave Gregorio Abeita a yellow card for diving instead. After 73 played minutes Talumuyuna AFC got a freekick which was hit by Gregorio Abeita. Julian Baumer was extremely unlucky when he, in the 77th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 83rd minute, Talumuyuna AFC's Gregorio Abeita dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. After 93 minutes of play, KFC Team's Baldomiro Salvadore made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonas Iztal was left in no man's land by his defense there! KFC Team's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
