Spectators: 6655 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. After recieving a nice pass, Miramar AFC's Edelmiro Ramond tried to score from far away in the 11th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After having played for 17 minutes, Adan Perpinya managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sanford AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adan Perpinya was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Victoriano Kemen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Cleto Clodio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Ceferino Hitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Miramar AFC booed when Sanford AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victoriano Kemen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ladislao Llorian could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Hermengildo Crescencio made a huge save. The supporters of Sanford AFC booed when Miramar AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ceferino Hitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Victoriano Kemen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Cleto Clodio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Igor Garaile managed to get in a good position for a shot. Miramar AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Igor Garaile was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hermengildo Crescencio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Victoriano Kemen was the one to do the kick off. Sanford AFC's Hermengildo Crescencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ladislao Llorian in the 52nd minute of play. If Victoriano Kemen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Igor Cordarrell managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sanford AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Igor Cordarrell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cleto Clodio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 62nd minute, Damian Guzman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th minute, one of Miramar AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Miramar AFC. Victoriano Kemen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleto Clodio having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victoriano Kemen in the 82nd minute of play forced Miramar AFC's goalkeeper Cleto Clodio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ladislao Llorian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hermengildo Crescencio having to interfere. Victoriano Kemen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleto Clodio having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Miramar AFC's zone, Victoriano Kemen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cleto Clodio came out of the goal and Victoriano Kemen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adan Perpinya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victoriano Kemen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 101st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleto Clodio having to interfere. Sanford AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
