Spectators: 6510 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 10) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Honorio Francesco made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the game, Artemio Pepillo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Baldomero Francesco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 9 minutes into the match, Delicia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Eli came free, but Baldomero Francesco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baldomero Francesco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Paulin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Artemio Pepillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amadeo Lazcano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Baldomero Francesco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Americo Domenec hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Delicia FC's Silvano Rudolfo got a free kick in the 22nd minute. 25 minutes into the match, Axler Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Ramiro Leheren came free, but Generoso Fiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manuel Paulin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Baldomero Francesco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Delicia FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Felix Eli fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a rather tough play, Delicia FC's Gaspar Tadzio got a free kick in the 29th minute. Amadeo Lazcano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Baldomero Francesco having to make a save. Axler Fc's Felix Eli got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Baldomero Francesco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Artemio Pepillo in the 39th minute. A hard shot 41 in the game by Anier Montay from a close distance when the talented Baldomero Francesco managed to make a qualified save. Delicia FC's players were relieved. After 48 played minutes Delicia FC got a freekick which was hit by Saturnino Vargas. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Delicia FC's Baldomero Francesco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artemio Pepillo in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute Anier Montay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomero Francesco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baldomero Francesco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Eli in the 61st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felix Eli in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baldomero Francesco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Santo Amaya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomero Francesco having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Delicia FC's Honorio Francesco got a free kick in the 68th minute. A collision led to Delicia FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Leonides Eztebe hit a great ball. In the 74th minute of the match Eleuterio Benitez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Baldomero Francesco skillfully saved the ball. In the 75th minute Axler Fc were awarded a corner. Eleuterio Benitez went to the cornerflag to take it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felix Mendebal during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 78th minute, Anier Montay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Santo Amaya struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Baldomero Francesco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Axler Fc. Baldomero Francesco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Paulin in the 83rd minute of the match. Felix Eli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Baldomero Francesco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. During the 86th minute of the match Saturnino Vargas completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Saturnino Vargas a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Saturnino Vargas hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute of the match Eleuterio Benitez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Baldomero Francesco showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ulises Lorenz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Artemio Pepillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Baldomero Francesco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeo Lazcano in the 97th minute of play. 98 minutes into the match, Artemio Pepillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Baldomero Francesco. Delicia FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Artemio Pepillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Axler Fc fully deserved thier win.
