The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Eusebio Gaufred made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narciso Calixto in the 8th minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, Guillermo Lia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bernasconi FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Onzos the free kick. After a rather tough play, Bernasconi FC's Guillermo Lia got a free kick in the 10th minute. Eusebio Gaufred showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Narciso Calixto, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 12th match minute, Bernasconi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celso Lordi to maneuver through the defense. When Onzos's Narciso Calixto, in the 13th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Onzos. Wilfredo Bastian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Florentino Manni's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Eusebio Gaufred showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narciso Calixto in the 24th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Onzos's goalkeeper Wilfredo Bastian had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ambrosio Kinsen. After having played for 34 minutes, Ambrosio Kinsen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bernasconi FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ambrosio Kinsen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wilfredo Bastian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florentino Manni in the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th match minute, Onzos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hermengildo Maore to maneuver through the defense. The nice shot from Ambrosio Kinsen in the 37thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Wilfredo Bastian had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. After some careless play in the Onzos defense, Ambrosio Kinsen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilfredo Bastian. The Onzos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilfredo Bastian should have stopped the shot. Elvio Reyes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bernasconi FC's Eusebio Gaufred played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Narciso Calixto in the 46th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Narciso Calixto in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eusebio Gaufred saved Bernasconi FC from getting behind.

Ambrosio Kinsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilfredo Bastian having to interfere. If Florentino Manni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes into the game, Celestino Gerazan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Onzos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bernasconi FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Onzos's Celestino Gerazan got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 81st minute, Ambrosio Kinsen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bernasconi FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Wilfredo Bastian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ambrosio Kinsen in the 86th minute of play. Wilfredo Bastian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ambrosio Kinsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. When Narciso Calixto came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Onzos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Narciso Calixto couldn't finish the play. 95 minutes into the match, Onzos's goal looked a bit too open when Ambrosio Kinsen came free, but Wilfredo Bastian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernasconi FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Onzos for a fine match.
