Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Castaño FC's Feliberto Gumaro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Wilfredo Bastian made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fidel Nayely in the 3rd minute. Isidoro Dunixi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Narciso Calixto, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Castaño FC's Isidoro Dunixi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Narciso Calixto in the 11th minute of play. Fidel Nayely received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Wilfredo Bastian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Feliberto Gumaro was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 24th minute. Castaño FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Feliberto Gumaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute, Castaño FC's Emiliano Veremundo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Wilfredo Bastian. Wilfredo Bastian yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Fidel Nayely who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 37thth minute tested the skills of Wilfredo Bastian when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Castaño FC's Isidoro Dunixi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anibal Dimo in the 38th minute of play. When Castaño FC's Feliberto Gumaro in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Onzos's goalie prevented a goal. Wilfredo Bastian made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fidel Nayely in the 43rd minute. The supporters of Castaño FC booed when Onzos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Goito didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Castaño FC's Feliberto Gumaro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Wilfredo Bastian. That made the score 3-0 after 49 minutes of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Anibal Dimo made the kick off in the second half. If Emiliano Veremundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 59 minutes into the match, Onzos's goal looked a bit too open when Feliberto Gumaro came free, but Wilfredo Bastian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Feliberto Gumaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilfredo Bastian having to interfere. Dionisio Guzman charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dionisio Guzman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dionisio Guzman hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Fidel Nayely struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Wilfredo Bastian didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Castaño FC. Fidel Nayely blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilfredo Bastian having to make a save. Feliberto Gumaro scored 4-0 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilfredo Bastian, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Wilfredo Bastian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fidel Nayely in the 82nd minute of the match. Onzos's Wilfredo Bastian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliberto Gumaro in the 88th minute of play. Feliberto Gumaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 94th minute Feliberto Gumaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilfredo Bastian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Feliberto Gumaro might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilfredo Bastian. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Feliberto Gumaro ran back to his position shaking his head. Wilfredo Bastian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliberto Gumaro in the 98th minute of play. If Fidel Nayely had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 100th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Castaño FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
