In the 16th minute Gerardo Salvidor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baltasar Abalos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ladislao Barros in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Feliberto Tibalt saved Sakachispas from getting behind. In the 24th minute, Victorio Unai had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. After a rather tough play, Sakachispas's Ladislao Terciero got a free kick in the 25th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Sakachispas's zone, Julio Telo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Feliberto Tibalt came out of the goal and Julio Telo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lucila FC's Baltasar Abalos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Salvidor in the 28th minute of play. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lucila FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Amado Rius was slow to take the kick. During this time Sakachispas's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Sakachispas's corner Amado Rius fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Baltasar Abalos quite easily take care of the ball. Julio Telo struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Feliberto Tibalt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lucila FC. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gerardo Salvidor in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baltasar Abalos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Lucila FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Hilario Telesforo hit a great ball. Feliberto Tibalt made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Julio Telo sent off a good shot on target.

The wind increased when Cosme Tebaldo made the kick off in the second half. Hilario Telesforo kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Sakachispas's Amado Rius couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Lucila FC. 55 minutes into the match, Lucila FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ladislao Terciero came free, but Baltasar Abalos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Telo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With 60 minutes on the clock, Oscar Incendio commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 59 minutes into the game, one of Lucila FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Sakachispas a penalty, 62 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Amado Rius, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Lucila FC's Baltasar Abalos. 0-2. Baltasar Abalos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerardo Salvidor, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Lucila FC's goalkeeper Baltasar Abalos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gerardo Salvidor. Cosme Tebaldo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Baltasar Abalos having to make a save. Leonel Martxel hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The Sakachispas supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sakachispas would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
