During the 5th minute of the match Orlando Fanuco completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Orlando Fanuco a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 6th match minute, Polyplast was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Fanuco to maneuver through the defense. Edgard Beltxe struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Alfredo Blasi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Payogasta F.C. Polyplast's Alfredo Blasi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Beltxe in the 8th minute of play. Alfredo Blasi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Beltxe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfredo Blasi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Beltxe in the 18th minute of the match. Polyplast's Alfredo Blasi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Beltxe in the 19th minute of play. After some careless play in the Polyplast defense, Cayetano Ursino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alfredo Blasi. The Polyplast fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alfredo Blasi should have stopped the shot. Timoteo Tauro hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the match, Polyplast's goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Beltxe came free, but Alfredo Blasi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Payogasta F.C booed when Polyplast was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serafino Perico didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfredo Blasi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgard Beltxe in the 35th minute of play. Alfredo Blasi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cayetano Ursino in the 38th minute of the match. Cayetano Ursino took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfredo Blasi. Alfredo Blasi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edgard Beltxe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Payogasta F.C booed when Polyplast was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartolo Salvatore didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Polyplast's zone, Cayetano Ursino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfredo Blasi came out of the goal and Cayetano Ursino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Honorio Sanchez's late challenge caught a Payogasta F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Honorio Sanchez helped the player get up and apologised. Alfredo Blasi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edgard Beltxe in the 62nd minute. Edgard Beltxe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cayetano Ursino who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 69thth minute tested the skills of Alfredo Blasi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 71st match minute, Polyplast was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Honorio Sanchez to maneuver through the defense. 72 minutes into the match, Payogasta F.C's Feliberto Mingo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Edgard Beltxe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 76 minutes, Timoteo Tauro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Payogasta F.C and the Polyplast players grew even worse after the yellow card. Timoteo Tauro kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Ezequiel Faron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cayetano Ursino got free with Alfredo Blasi in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 81 played minutes Polyplast got a freekick which was hit by Bartolo Salvatore. Polyplast's Ezequiel Faron got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ezequiel Faron struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Agustin Tajo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Polyplast. Bartolo Salvatore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agustin Tajo having to interfere. If Ezequiel Faron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
