When Lucas Cugat came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the República FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucas Cugat couldn't finish the play. An unexpected shot in the 7th minute by Lucas Cugat got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Arturo Iban fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximino Cesaro having to interfere. Maximino Cesaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lisandro Frans in the 11th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Arturo Iban managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tiro Federal's supporters rose to their feet, but Arturo Iban was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximino Cesaro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Abelardo Cugat blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zacarias Iraunkor having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Tiro Federal's zone, Lucas Cugat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zacarias Iraunkor came out of the goal and Lucas Cugat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lucas Cugat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lisandro Frans blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maximino Cesaro having to make a save. Arturo Iban fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximino Cesaro having to interfere. After having played for 39 minutes, Lucas Cugat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. República FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucas Cugat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 41 minutes into the game, Domingo Ferran was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tiro Federal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave República FC the free kick. In the 41st minute, Domingo Ferran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of República FC booed when Tiro Federal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prudencio Ilixo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zacarias Iraunkor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Cugat in the 46th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Delmar Chuse got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Zacarias Iraunkor quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Arturo Iban recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 53rd match minute, República FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmar Chuse to maneuver through the defense. Arturo Iban's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maximino Cesaro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Evaristo Jordy during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Evaristo Jordy hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Abelardo Cugat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Iraunkor having to interfere. República FC's Lucas Cugat got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Maximino Cesaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Iban, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After 68 played minutes Tiro Federal got a freekick which was hit by Prudencio Ilixo. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Lisandro Frans managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maximino Cesaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 84 minutes into the game, Donato Jago was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. República FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tiro Federal the free kick. In the 85th minute, Donato Jago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90th match minute, República FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmar Chuse to maneuver through the defense. 93 minutes had been played when some careless play by República FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Danilo Bastiaro was slow to take the kick. During this time Tiro Federal's players had a chance to rest. The crowd rose to their feet as Tiro Federal's Arturo Iban slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Maximino Cesaro. That made the score 0-1 after 95 minutes of play. Tiro Federal were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over República FC's much stronger midfield.
