A beautiful save bye Pampita's goalie prevented a goal. 12 minutes into the game, Gilberto Belasko was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Frutales's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pampita the free kick. A collision led to Los Frutales getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Gilberto Belasko hit a great ball. In the 17th minute, Sixto Pierres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gavino Petrigai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timoteo Eudoxio in the 19th minute of the match. If Anier Beltxe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timoteo Eudoxio in the 26th minute of play forced Los Frutales's goalkeeper Gavino Petrigai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anier Beltxe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gavino Petrigai read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Anier Beltxe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Gavino Petrigai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anier Beltxe struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Gavino Petrigai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pampita. 40 minutes into the match, Pampita's goalkeeper Gualterio Nicholas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carolo Gimenez. If Carolo Gimenez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 47 played minutes Eleuterio Edorta rounded Pampita's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eleuterio Edorta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eleuterio Edorta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gavino Petrigai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anier Beltxe, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Ciriaco Hernandez's late challenge caught a Los Frutales's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ciriaco Hernandez helped the player get up and apologised. After 66 played minutes Pampita got a freekick which was hit by Ciriaco Hernandez. 68 minutes into the match, Los Frutales's Fabio Lucila broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Carolo Gimenez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eleuterio Edorta in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gualterio Nicholas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 75th minute, Ciriaco Hernandez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 77 minutes into the game, Carolo Gimenez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Gualterio Nicholas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
