Spectators: 7234 (Terracing: 5427, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 143) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Marcial Semeno made the kick off which started today's match. Teodosio Abeitia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcial Semeno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isidro Niva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 12 played minutes Espora got a freekick which was hit by Nicolas Ixona. Teodosio Abeitia came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by C. A. Pueyrredón's Marcial Semeno. But to his dismay, Marcial Semeno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Marcial Semeno took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teodosio Abeitia. Teodosio Abeitia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 26 minutes into the match, Espora's goal looked a bit too open when Isidro Niva came free, but Teodosio Abeitia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teodosio Abeitia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcial Semeno's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcial Semeno in the 32nd minute of play forced Espora's goalkeeper Teodosio Abeitia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Espora's goalkeeper Teodosio Abeitia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 36th minute, Nemesio Gabon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teodosio Abeitia was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Teodosio Abeitia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcial Semeno's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Nemesio Gabon kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Espora's Teodosio Abeitia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcial Semeno in the 45th minute of play. The Espora players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. C. A. Pueyrredón were winning 1-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alfredo Estevez made a kick off. When Alfredo Estevez came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Espora fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfredo Estevez couldn't finish the play. Isidro Niva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Teodosio Abeitia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 70 minutes, Marcial Semeno managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C. A. Pueyrredón's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcial Semeno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 71 minutes of play, C. A. Pueyrredón's Isidro Niva made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Teodosio Abeitia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alfredo Estevez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquiles Paz having to interfere. With an all-out effort, C. A. Pueyrredón's Teodosio Abeitia threw himself towards the right post 79 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marcial Semeno, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Teodosio Abeitia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isidro Niva in the 84th minute. When C. A. Pueyrredón's Isidro Niva, in the 85th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for C. A. Pueyrredón. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcial Semeno in the 87th minute of play forced Espora's goalkeeper Teodosio Abeitia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute, Marcial Semeno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aquiles Paz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiburcio Clodio, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The Espora fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. C. A. Pueyrredón were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
