Gualterio Nicholas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gualterio Nicholas made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Mateo Gonza sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Pampita getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Christian Jacob hit a great ball. Fulgencio Gregory showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anier Beltxe in the 17th minute of the match. Mateo Gonza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Gualterio Nicholas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alvaro Prejun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gualterio Nicholas having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Pampita's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mateo Gonza fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a rather tough play, Pampita's Ciriaco Hernandez got a free kick in the 30th minute. Mateo Gonza might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gualterio Nicholas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mateo Gonza ran back to his position shaking his head. Ciriaco Hernandez's late challenge caught a Seattle SuperSonics's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ciriaco Hernandez helped the player get up and apologised. After 34 played minutes Pampita got a freekick which was hit by Ciriaco Hernandez. After 36 played minutes Pampita got a freekick which was hit by Anier Idacio. Timoteo Eudoxio scored 1-1 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fulgencio Gregory, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Seattle SuperSonics's Alvaro Prejun in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pampita's goalie prevented a goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alvaro Prejun was the one to do the kick off. Anier Beltxe was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 57th minute. Pampita's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Gualterio Nicholas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Senen, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Timoteo Eudoxio got free with Fulgencio Gregory in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pampita's Gualterio Nicholas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateo Gonza in the 71st minute of play. Timoteo Eudoxio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Seattle SuperSonics's zone, Timoteo Eudoxio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fulgencio Gregory came out of the goal and Timoteo Eudoxio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alvaro Prejun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gualterio Nicholas having to interfere. In the 90th match minute, Pampita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anier Idacio to maneuver through the defense. If Alvaro Prejun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96th minute Alvaro Prejun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualterio Nicholas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
