Spectators: 7201 (Terracing: 5402, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Alfredo Estevez made the kick off which started today's match. After 3 played minutes Palmar got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Calvet. Mauro Gartzen, 4 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Alfredo Estevez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teodosio Abeitia didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 12th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Gabriel Dimo's late challenge caught a Espora's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gabriel Dimo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Palmar getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Gabriel Dimo hit a great ball. In the 19th minute of the match Mauro Gartzen shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Diego Bittor showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Nicolas Ixona charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicolas Ixona the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nicolas Ixona hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Tadeo Sanson might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teodosio Abeitia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tadeo Sanson ran back to his position shaking his head. 31 minutes into the game, Esteve Otsando cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Teodosio Abeitia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tiburcio Clodio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Esteve Otsando could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Teodosio Abeitia made a huge save. After 41 played minutes Espora got a freekick which was hit by Nicolas Ixona. Ivan Calvet was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 41st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Esteve Otsando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodosio Abeitia having to interfere. Teodosio Abeitia made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Esteve Otsando sent off a good shot on target. Alfredo Estevez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Bittor having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Tadeo Sanson made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Palmar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Calvet to maneuver through the defense. Esteve Otsando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teodosio Abeitia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tadeo Sanson in the 60th minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, Espora's goal looked a bit too open when Tadeo Sanson came free, but Teodosio Abeitia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guillermo Koldo kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Esteve Otsando notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Espora's Teodosio Abeitia. Teodosio Abeitia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nicolas Ixona got his second yellow card in the match during the 72nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 73rd minute, Nicolas Ixona hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 74th minute, Ivan Calvet sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Espora's Teodosio Abeitia didn't even have to move. Espora's Teodosio Abeitia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeo Sanson in the 80th minute of play. Esteve Otsando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Teodosio Abeitia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Esteve Otsando's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teodosio Abeitia was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Tiburcio Clodio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Bittor having to interfere. Palmar's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
