An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Polo in the 11th minute of play forced Nueva Pretoria's goalkeeper Guillermo Ramond to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute, Saul Polo made a precise shot to the right of Guillermo Ramond. Nueva Pretoria's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 39thth minute of the game Saul Polo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nueva Pretoria's Guillermo Ramond was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Nueva Pretoria's goalkeeper Guillermo Ramond, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Carolo Urbasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeo Arano in the 44th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nestor-Raul Kirchner during the 45th minute. Feliciano Chayo did an outstanding performance 48 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 1-1 to the right of an irritated Carolo Urbasa in the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Saul Polo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Guillermo Ramond tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 60 minutes into the game, Saul Polo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Guillermo Ramond was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 63rd match minute, Nueva Pretoria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Ilazki to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Batacazo F.C. getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Edgardo Bide hit a great ball. In the 66th minute, Tadeo Arano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Tadeo Arano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carolo Urbasa was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. The Nueva Pretoria fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guillermo Ramond should have stopped the shot. Guillermo Ramond took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Vidal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 91 minutes into the match, Batacazo F.C.'s Maximiliano Vidal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guillermo Ramond narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
