Spectators: 7194 (Terracing: 5397, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 143) Maximiliano Jordy's late challenge caught a Nueva Pretoria's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maximiliano Jordy helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeo Arano in the 7th minute of play forced Ramona's goalkeeper Edgard Rencio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Ramona booed when Nueva Pretoria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celso Arano didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10thth minute of the game Alonzo Jacob who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nueva Pretoria's Guillermo Ramond was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ramona's goalkeeper Edgard Rencio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ramona's Edgard Rencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmar Ranolfo in the 21st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Tadeo Arano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nueva Pretoria's supporters rose to their feet, but Tadeo Arano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgard Rencio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edgard Rencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delmar Ranolfo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Tadeo Arano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Ramona getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Anibal Beremundo hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute, Maximiliano Jordy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guillermo Ramond showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alonzo Jacob, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Zacarias Iliana charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zacarias Iliana the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Edgard Rencio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeo Arano, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tadeo Arano made a kick off. Edgard Rencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeo Arano in the 59th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Maximiliano Jordy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 64 played minutes Ramona got a freekick which was hit by Alonzo Jacob. After a defensive mix-up in Ramona's zone, Tadeo Arano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgard Rencio came out of the goal and Tadeo Arano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tadeo Arano might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edgard Rencio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tadeo Arano ran back to his position shaking his head. Ramona's Edgard Rencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeo Arano in the 77th minute of play. Eleuterio Mosen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillermo Ramond having to interfere. Nueva Pretoria's Guillermo Ramond played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eleuterio Mosen in the 92nd minute of play. Delmar Ranolfo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgard Rencio having to interfere. The Ramona supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Nueva Pretoria's performance. The match ended with a win for Nueva Pretoria.
