With splendid footwork Cipriano Txurio arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-0 by the left pole in the game's 22nd minute. Delmar Frantzes's late challenge caught a Sportia FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Delmar Frantzes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 24th match minute, DOCE MONOS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmar Frantzes to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cipriano Buinton in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eustaquio Jerardo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Delmiro Norino charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The DOCE MONOS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Cipriano Buinton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustaquio Jerardo having to interfere. DOCE MONOS were furious when Ivan Madeo was red carded, 98 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 98 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for DOCE MONOS! 2-1 came through a penalty shot after 101 played minutes, when Sportia FC:s Maximiliano Sagrario calmly waited for DOCE MONOS:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. Sportia FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
