DOCE MONOS's Eustaquio Jerardo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save DOCE MONOS from getting a goal against them. A collision led to geminis getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Ovidio Jaunti hit a great ball. Eustaquio Jerardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonatan Iraitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Alejo Natal fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DOCE MONOS's protests and gave Alejo Natal a yellow card for diving instead. Filiberto Sein's late challenge caught a DOCE MONOS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filiberto Sein helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of DOCE MONOS booed when geminis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filiberto Sein didn't get a good kick on the ball. 33 minutes into the match, DOCE MONOS's goalkeeper Eustaquio Jerardo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elpidio Abilio. Elpidio Abilio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustaquio Jerardo having to interfere. After having played for 40 minutes, Jonatan Iraitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. geminis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonatan Iraitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. DOCE MONOS's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Jonatan Iraitz 42 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. If Cipriano Txurio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cipriano Txurio to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in DOCE MONOS's zone, Elpidio Abilio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eustaquio Jerardo came out of the goal and Elpidio Abilio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alejo Natal who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 68thth minute tested the skills of Higinio Enaut when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Elpidio Abilio struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Eustaquio Jerardo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for geminis. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elpidio Abilio in the 72nd minute of play forced DOCE MONOS's goalkeeper Eustaquio Jerardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elpidio Abilio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustaquio Jerardo having to interfere. The supporters of geminis booed when DOCE MONOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmar Frantzes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eustaquio Jerardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elpidio Abilio in the 88th minute of play. Cipriano Txurio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Higinio Enaut tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Cipriano Txurio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. DOCE MONOS were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
