The referee felt a red card was in order, 7 minutes into the game, when Baldomero Firman put in a rough tackle. In the 6th minute, one of geminis:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for geminis. 9 minutes into the match, Raul Neto notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of geminis's Higinio Enaut. Higinio Enaut was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Higinio Enaut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcial Matro in the 13th minute of play. Marcial Matro might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Higinio Enaut. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. After 39 played minutes, GiuFa FC's Raul Neto shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Higinio Enaut came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in GiuFa FC reached it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carolo Ponce in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Higinio Enaut saved geminis from getting behind. After the first half GiuFa FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcial Matro to make the kick off. In the 56th minute Marcial Matro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Enaut saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in geminis's zone, Carolo Ponce stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Higinio Enaut came out of the goal and Carolo Ponce tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Marcial Matro managed to get in a good position for a shot. GiuFa FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcial Matro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Higinio Enaut breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carolo Ponce who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Higinio Enaut when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Marcial Matro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elpidio Abilio in the 67th minute of play forced GiuFa FC's goalkeeper Bernardo Vidal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcial Matro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Higinio Enaut having to interfere. Carolo Ponce recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ovidio Jaunti hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Filiberto Sein hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute, GiuFa FC's Marcial Matro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Marcial Matro managed to get in a good position for a shot. GiuFa FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcial Matro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Higinio Enaut breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpected shot in the 82nd minute by Carolo Ponce got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Higinio Enaut showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcial Matro in the 84th minute of the match. After 86 minutes of play, geminis's Elpidio Abilio made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernardo Vidal was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, geminis's Higinio Enaut got control of the ball when Carolo Ponce tried to sneak it across the goal line. geminis's defense didn't have a chance, in the 94th minute, when Marcial Matro scored to the left of an out of position Higinio Enaut, making the score, 1-3. The supporters of geminis booed when GiuFa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atilano Tibalt didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match was over GiuFa FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than geminis throughout the match.
