The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 7thth minute of the game Fidel Roldanillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DOCE MONOS's Eustaquio Jerardo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fidel Roldanillo in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eustaquio Jerardo saved DOCE MONOS from getting behind. Severo Jokin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Eustaquio Jerardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Fidel Roldanillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. SARON FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fidel Roldanillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eustaquio Jerardo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 18 minutes, Severo Jokin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SARON FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Severo Jokin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 22 minutes of play, SARON FC's Fidel Roldanillo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eustaquio Jerardo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jairo Joachim blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eustaquio Jerardo having to make a save. Enzo Bazil's late challenge caught a DOCE MONOS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Enzo Bazil helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, SARON FC's Enzo Bazil got a free kick in the 36th minute. DOCE MONOS's Eustaquio Jerardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fidel Roldanillo in the 39th minute of play. Cipriano Txurio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixto Rocendo having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fidel Roldanillo to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, SARON FC's Fidel Roldanillo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eustaquio Jerardo. Eustaquio Jerardo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Eustaquio Jerardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severo Jokin, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. When Miguel Elorri fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DOCE MONOS's protests and gave Miguel Elorri a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to DOCE MONOS getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Miguel Elorri hit a great ball. After having played for 66 minutes, Jairo Joachim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SARON FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jairo Joachim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Flavio Bartolome was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 69 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in SARON FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 69th minute. Penalty! In the 72nd minute there was a penalty for DOCE MONOS. Ivan Madeo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Sixto Rocendo. 1-3. Elvio Cordarius kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. A hard shot 88 in the game by Severo Jokin from a close distance when the talented Eustaquio Jerardo managed to make a qualified save. DOCE MONOS's players were relieved. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fidel Roldanillo got free with Eustaquio Jerardo in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fidel Roldanillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Eustaquio Jerardo made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Severo Jokin managed to get in a good position for a shot. SARON FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Severo Jokin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eustaquio Jerardo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. SARON FC played a much better game than DOCE MONOS and deserved their victory. The DOCE MONOS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
