Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Justino Polentzi started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Aurelio Gelacio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Marcial Estefan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justino Polentzi in the 6th minute of play forced Morse's goalkeeper Marcial Estefan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Fernando Marin came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Morse fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fernando Marin couldn't finish the play. Fernando Marin struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Bonifacio Artal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Morse. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fernando Marin in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bonifacio Artal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 30 minutes into the match, Justino Polentzi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcial Estefan. Morse's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Justino Polentzi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Baldomero Ado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Bonifacio Artal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 38 played minutes Tobar got a freekick which was hit by Humberto Asier. After having played for 41 minutes, Silvano Quinten managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Morse's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvano Quinten was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Tobar booed when Morse was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aquiles Izel didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Tobar were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Baldomero Ado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Amador Venceslao hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 56th minute, Baldomero Ado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 65 minutes into the match, Tobar's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Marin came free, but Bonifacio Artal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bonifacio Artal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fernando Marin went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Justino Polentzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute, Humberto Asier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 87 minutes into the match, Morse's Fernando Marin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bonifacio Artal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 89 minutes of play Morse's Silvano Rayman was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Silvano Rayman kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 91st minute of the match Amador Venceslao shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcial Estefan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Baldomero Ado charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Baldomero Ado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Morse's Baldomero Ado got a free kick in the 95th minute.
