Paolo Jatsu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Aznaro having to interfere. 4 minutes into the match, Almafuerte FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Jatsu came free, but Jimeno Aznaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Vtec FC's Arsenio Toli got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 12th minute, Rigoberto Costante reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jimeno Aznaro. The goal made the score 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paolo Jatsu got free with Jimeno Aznaro in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 19 minutes into the match, Almafuerte FC's goalkeeper Jimeno Aznaro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paolo Jatsu. If Paolo Jatsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Almafuerte FC's zone, Paolo Jatsu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jimeno Aznaro came out of the goal and Paolo Jatsu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anibal Oliverio's late challenge caught a Almafuerte FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anibal Oliverio helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Almafuerte FC booed when Vtec FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anibal Oliverio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paolo Jatsu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Jimeno Aznaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rigoberto Costante recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Paolo Jatsu made the kick off in the second half. Vtec FC's Mariano Baudelio quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Filiberto Illan, made in the 52nd minute of the game. Jimeno Aznaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paolo Jatsu in the 54th minute of the match. Paolo Jatsu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Aznaro having to interfere. When the match clock showed 72 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Paolo Jatsu sped through Almafuerte FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jimeno Aznaro. The referee felt a red card was in order, 77 minutes into the game, when Joaquin Tab put in a rough tackle. Federico Pero went to the wrong direction when Jairo Sayveon was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. A collision led to Vtec FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Arsenio Toli hit a great ball. In the 94th minute Rigoberto Costante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimeno Aznaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Vtec FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
