When Tobias Semeno came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Mundo Wally fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tobias Semeno couldn't finish the play. In the 27th minute, Braulio Aritza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 29 minutes into the match, Mundo Wally's Tobias Semeno sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jimeno Aznaro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Almafuerte FC's Braulio Aritza got a free kick in the 30th minute. Sergio Tonete hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Godofredo Sazon, 32 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roque Chano during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 38 played minutes Mundo Wally got a freekick which was hit by Roque Chano. After 42 played minutes Almafuerte FC got a freekick which was hit by Braulio Aritza. Jimeno Aznaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gualterio Llanos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Jimeno Aznaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Semeno in the 53rd minute of play. Almafuerte FC's Jimeno Aznaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobias Semeno in the 57th minute of play. After having played for 63 minutes, Gualterio Llanos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mundo Wally's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gualterio Llanos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gualterio Llanos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 65thth minute tested the skills of Jimeno Aznaro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Almafuerte FC's Jimeno Aznaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobias Semeno in the 66th minute of play. Jimeno Aznaro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Octavio Chap went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Gualterio Llanos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Jimeno Aznaro made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Everardo Oso in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dionisio Tino saved Mundo Wally from getting behind. In the 76th match minute, Mundo Wally was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romulo Lleir to maneuver through the defense. Everardo Oso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionisio Tino having to interfere. Dionisio Tino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Everardo Oso, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. When Sergio Tonete came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Almafuerte FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sergio Tonete couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobias Semeno in the 99th minute of play forced Almafuerte FC's goalkeeper Jimeno Aznaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, Almafuerte FC could leave the field as winners, despite Mundo Wally having more of the ball for most of the match.
