After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Julio Frantzes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vertientes AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Julio Frantzes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paolo Ordono breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Julio Frantzes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Cipriano Uhin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Silverio Lluterio made a huge save. Vertientes AFC's Sebastian Clis got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Timao CF's Paolo Ordono played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Bernebe in the 42nd minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Vertientes AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfonso Rios came free, but Silverio Lluterio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Florentino Romo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over Vertientes AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Timao CF throughout the match.
