In the 21st minute Jacinto Quinito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denílson Sanches saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romeo Gonchan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Denílson Sanches made a huge save. After 24 played minutes Los Teros got a freekick which was hit by 范兴榕. In the 29th minute, Everardo Henry left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Teros fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Manuel Matthew charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
